Point Cottage, No 4 Ipswich Road.
June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House. Mid 19th century with later alterations. Painted brick; gable-fronted pantile roof; one red brick chimney. Victorian Gothic style. Two storeys; two first-floor windows at right-angles to street. Entered through later single-storey wing to left, with ribbed and studded door. One first-floor has lattice glazing bars...Included for group value as an extension to No 2 Ipswich Road [NHER 48289] and No 2 Newmarket Road [NHER 48218]."
