June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Early 19th century. Painted brick; hipped slate roof; two yellow brick chimneys. Two storeys; three first-floor windows, symmetrical. Paired end pilasters; slightly projecting centre bay with pediment. Four steps flanked by pedestals with urns lead to deeply recessed panelled and part-glazed double-leaf doors flanked by pilasters and plain square solumns set in pairs support small rendered hood with plain entablature…Plain frieze; box cornice."
