Summary

This building operates as an office. It dates from the mid to late 19th century and is made from red brick with a hipped slate roof. It is situated on a corner and the the two end bays in Orford Street project forward. The shopfront has metal 'barleysugar' mullions and the roof features a simple box cornice.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Office. Mid to late 19th century. Red brick with hipped slate roof. Three storeys, five bays. Corner site, the two end bays in Orford Street project forward 12cm (4.5in). The shopfront has metal 'barleysugar' mullions and semi-circular window heads with decorated spandrels. Two-leaf, partly glazed corner door."
