Full Description
No 22 St John Maddermarket Street.
1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Former use unknown, now shop. Rendered and pantile roof. Three storeys. Single wide bay. 20th-century shopfront with right-side door. First floor sash window with slim pilasters supporting flat hood. Casement window at 2nd floor. Fascia cornice."

1970s or 1980s. Building Survey.
Examined as part of Norwich Survey.
Three-storey block with rendered façade. Gutted internally. Suspicion of first floor jetty at same level as building to north (24 Maddermarket and corner of Charing Cross). Possibly two-storey timber frame façade, raised in the 18th or 19th century.
