Summary

No 24 is a mid- to late 19th-century house. The ground floor is rusticated with yellow brick above and rendered details. This three-storey house has a hipped gable-fronted pantile roof and is entered through a 20th-century glazed porch. There is a glazed first-floor verandah with an open trellis above, and this building was presumably built as an extension to No 1 Victoria Street (NHER 47997).
