Listing Description Excerpt:
"Former use unknown, empty at time of re-survey. Late 19th century. Rendered. Asbestos tiles. Two storeys. Two first floor windows. Shopfront to left side with door to right and plain pilasters. Door to extreme right with rectangular fanlight and raised-moulding surround. Central window."

September 1980. Building Survey.
Examined as part of Norwich Survey.
Two-storey building with shallow cellar. One substantial boxed timber on ground floor street range could point to earlier remains but all other evidence (windows, wall thickness, floor construction etc.) suggests a late 19th-century date.
