Summary

This house is now used as a surgery as well as a residential property. It dates to the mid 19th century and has a rendered exterior and hipped slate roof. The windows have large-paned sashes and louvred shutters. A rendered single-storey extension lies the to right.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"House now surgery and house. Mid 19th century. Rendered; hipped slate roof; four yellow brick chimneys. Two storeys; three first-floor windows. Six-panelled door in slightly projecting centre bay with pediment has plain fanlight in round- headed recess with rusticated surround. Windows have large-paned sashes and louvred shutters."
