June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Pair of houses. Mid 19th century. Yellow brick facade; asbestos slate roof; central ridge brick chimney. Two storeys and attic. Four first-floor windows, centre pilaster. Panelled doors to right and left in slightly projecting bays have plain fanlights in recessed round-headed gauged-brick arches."
