~June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. 1919-22. By A. F. Scott and Sons of Norwich for W. H. H. Clarke. Red brick in two shades; hipped slate roof, two brick ridge chimneys with moulded caps. Georgian style. Two storeys and attic; five first-floor windows, symmetrical. Rusticated quoins at ends and on slightly projecting centre bay."

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Wall, gates and gate-piers. 1919-22. By AF Scott and Sons of Norwich for WHH Clarke. Wrought iron gates in 18th century style are flanked by rusticated brick gate-piers with stone caps. Curved red brick walls to right and left have pillars with stone caps and a rounded brick coping. Another wrought iron gate to trades-man's entrance at left end."
