Summary

Annesley Hotel started life as a house, although it is now an annexe to the hotel. This two-storey building dates to the mid 19th century and is of yellow brick with a rendered plinth and painted side walls. It has a hipped slate roof and two brick chimneys.

Listing Description excerpt:
"House, now hotel annexe. Mid 19th century. Yellow brick with rendered plinth and painted side walls; hipped slate roof. Two brick chimneys. Two storeys; four first-floor window. End pilasters… Iron gutter with lions heads. 20th-century flat-roofed extension to right. 20th-century glazed passaged to left connects with No. 6 Newmarket Road [NHER 48068]"
