Summary

This house dates to 1891 according to a plaque mounted on the exterior. It has three storeys and three bays and is of red brick construction. The central door has a rectangular fanlight and moulded brick surrounds. There are sash windows throughout. The curvilinear end gables have 'Tudor' chimneystacks.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. 1891 on plaque. Red brick and plain tile roof. Three storeys. Three bays. Central door with rectangular fanlight and moulded brick surround having scroll pediment with swag. Sash windows throughout. Single-storey canted bay with small pediment to the left of the door."
