Summary

Nos 33 and 35 are a pair of late 18th century red brick houses with a pantile roof. This three storey building has six bays and a pair of central doors with semi-circular arches.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Pair of houses, empty at the time of re-survey. Late 18th century. Red brick and pantile roof. Three storeys. Six bays. Pair of central doors with semi-circular arches and fanlights with radial glazing bars, pilastered surrounds with small flat hoods."

1970s or 1980s. Building Survey.
Examined as part of Norwich Survey.
Pair of 18th-century red brick blocks, three storeys high. Façade redressed in 19th century with heavy imitation stone lintels over the windows. Plan is two rooms deep divided by stair. Interior in bad condition and much damaged and altered. Timber visible in back room ground floor of No 33. Fireplaces of 19th-century date. Simple moulded ceiling cornices. Some doorframes with late 18th-century moulded jambs. Contemporary cellars.
