Summary

This two-storey former house dates to the late 18th century. It has rendered walls, a black pantile roof, sash windows and a central door with attached reeded columns supporting an architrave and flat hood.

Listing Description excerpt:
" Former house now offices. Late 18th century. Rendered and black pantile roof, two storeys. Three bays. Central door with rectangular fanlight having radial glazing bars and attached reeded columns supporting architrave and flat hood. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars at first floor only. Fascia cornice."

Examined by Norfolk Historic Buildings Group.
A double pile, two storey house with a one and a half storey outshut to the rear. The building is rendered externally. The front façade has three twelve light sash windows on the first floor dating to pre 1850 and two ground floor four light sash windows which probably date from post 1902. The doorcase and door appear to be original features.
