Summary

This house dates to the mid 19th century. It is rendered with red brick to rear. The pantiled roof has a single red brick ridge chimney and one end chimney to right in yellow brick. The main facade has a paired modillion cornice. A single-storey flat-roofed extension lies to the left.

House. Mid 19th century. Rendered with red brick to rear. Pantiled roof; one red brick ridge chimney and one end chimney to right in yellow brick (part rendered) two storeys, basement and attic; three first-floor windows, six-panelled door in projecting centre bay has fanlight with late 19th century leaded glazing in rendered architrave flanked by pilasters with laurel wreaths supporting an open pediment. Glazed conservatory to right and left. First floor windows have large-paned sashes. Open pediment with box cornice to side walls of centre bay. Main facade has paired modillion cornice. Parapet to left side. Single-storey flat-roofed extension to left.
