June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House, now restaurant. Dates to 1840 with later additions. Painted brick; hipped slate roof; yellow brick chimney. Two storeys; three first-floor windows. Door in slightly projecting centre bay has 6 raised and fielded panels with a plain overlight in triple recessed gauged brick arch flanked by pilasters."
