Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Early 19th century. Painted brick with pantile roof. Two storeys; three-window range, left bay set back. Central panelled door in round-headed recess has fanlight with glazing bars…20th-century single-storey extension to left has two windows. The right side elevation forms a three-window range with No. 2 Newmarket Road [NHER 48218], originally part of the same property."
