Summary

This shop dates to the mid 19th century. It is built from red brick with slate roofing. The 20th century shopfront lies to the south of the central recessed door which has a rubbed brick semi-circular arch and fanlight.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Shop. Mid 19th century. Red brick and slate roof. Three storeys, three bays. 20th century shopfront to the south of the central recessed door which has a rubbed brick semi-circular arch and fanlight. Symmetrically placed sash windows with glazing bars and flat rubbed brick arches. Triple-bracket cornice."
Included for group value with Nos. 39 and 41 Exchange Street.
