Summary

No 9 is an early to mid-19th century yellow brick house with a slate roof and two brick chimneys. This two storey building has a brick cornice and a 20th-century single-storey extension.

Listing Description excerpt:
"House. Early to mid 19th century. Yellow brick; slate roof; two brick chimneys. Two storeys and attic; three first floor windows, symmetrical. End pilasters. Door in slightly projecting centre bay has four raised and fielded panels and plain fanlight in round-headed gauged brick recess. Most windows have sashes with glazing bars under flat gauged brick arches. Brick cornice. 20th-century single-storey extension set back to left."
