June 1972. Listed Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"17th century with 19th-century brick added face. Plastered at rear. Pantiles, now with four modern casement dormers. Grey brick faced front with gauged flat arches to two three-light casements at ground floor. One-storey and attics, central chimney, of red brick. Part with basement with baking oven."
