February 1977. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"17th century or earlier. Refronted in red brick. Steeply-pitched gable-ended roof or black glazed pantiles. Two storeys. Three widely spaced windows. Three-light casements with glazing bars. Doorway off centre with modern door. Brick chimney stack off centre. Modern garages attached to north end."
