Summary

This late 18th century red brick two storey former parsonage has an early 19th century addition. Inside are two interesting staircases.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"House, former parsonage, late 18th century with early 19th century addition; red brick, hipped roofs of black unglazed pantiles and slate. In two builds each of 2 storeys; build to left of 2 bays, 3 bays deep; build to right of 2 bays, 2 bays deep."

March 2009.
Proposals to repair the tie beam in the north gable end, remove the modern hayloft door and replace with a window of the same dimensions, inswert a new window in the bricked up opening in the north gabel end, replace the window in the south gable end, re-roof with existing pantiles but insert two conservation roof lights and insulation. Remove recent concrete block internal wall and staircase and insert a new staircase, lay a new concrete floor and damp-proof membrance and replace four exisiting doors in the west elevation.
