December 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Former farmhouse is of the lobby entrance type. It dates to the early 17th century and later. The timber frame is replaced with colour-washed brick to front. It has two storeys. The front door is opposite the central axial chimney stack."
