April 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Two Gothic style semi-detached houses now a single dwelling with a datestone of 1852. Walls red brick with slate roof. Crenallated porch with large decorative, lettered datestone above. Ornamental moulded brick chimneys. Windows and doors 20th century."
