Summary

Oulton House is a two-storey early 19th-century stuccoed house with a low pitched slate roof with gabled ends and moulded eaves. The ground floor has a central pilastered doorcase with cornice, rectangular fanlight and fielded panel door. On the left hand side is a Victorian shop front with pilasters, eight large panes, and a glazed door with fanlight
