March 1977. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"17th/18th century cottage. Roughcast. Pantile roof with gabled ends. Two storeys. Two windows. First floor, small 2-light casements. Ground floor 2 modern 2-light casements and central glazed door with wide pilasters and cornice. Brick chimney stack."
