Summary

This two storey semi-detached house is in the Gothic style, and is dated 1866 on the west gable. It is of red brick with pale brick dressings under a black pantile roof. The doorways and windows are arched and there are decorative roof tiles and octagonal chimneys.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Semi-detached house in Gothic style. Dated 1866 on west gable. Walls red brick with gault brick dressings and black pantiled roof. Two storeys. Four-centred arched and moulded doorways with hood moulds. Two-light arched windows with rectangular hood moulds. Gault brick, (imitation stone), quoins and moulded gault brick cornice."
