Full Description
June 1981. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Probably 17th/18th century in origin, rebuilt in early 19th century in brick, painted. Black glazed pantile roof with gabled ends. Central brick chimneystack. Two storeys and attic (attic window in gable ends). Two windows. Sashes with glazing bars."

March 2007. Building survey.
The remains of an earlier three bay farmhouse is evident from the internal tie beam. The shield chamfer stops and flat laid joists indicate a date of around 1600.
