Full Description
June 1981. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century house. Red brick. Low pitched roof with new tiles and gable ends. Two storeys. Three bays. The outside bays slightly advanced. Pilasters. Sashes with glazing bars, ground floor with cambered brick arches. Central doorway in segmental headed recess. Internal brick chimneystack at each end. "

2008.
Plans are in place to replace the current sloping lean-to roof on the south end with a pitched roof in order to alleviate water damage to the southern gable and raise the ceiling level. The modern conservatory is also to be replaced.
