June 1981. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Small late 17th century cottage. Roughcast timber-frame. Thatched roof with half-hipped and gabled ends. One storey and attic. Two modern flat roof dormers, two modern casements. External brick chimneystack on west end. Modern one storey flat roof addition at rear.
Interior: chamfered ceiling beam."
