February 1977. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century house. Stuccoed. Low-pitched hipped roof with black glazed pantiles. Overhanging eaves. Two storeys. Three windoes, sashes with glazing bars in exposed casing. Central wide moulded doorcase with rectangular fanlight with glazing bars and panelled door. Brick chimney stacks."
