Summary

Nos 6, 8 and 8A Middleton Street were originally two houses, and now form a house and shop. This 17th-century timber-framed building has an early 19th-century brick skin and a roof of pantiles. There is a 20th-century shop display window to the extreme right.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Two houses, now house and shop. 17th century timber-frame with early 19th century brick skin. Roof of pantiles, black glazed to front. Two storeys in three bays, but not symmetrical. Two doorways, that to left eight-panelled with glazed upper panels and a pedimented doorcase."
