Summary

A two storey brick house of about 1720 with a three storey rear extension, a 19th century conservatory and an early 20th century extension to the right. It has now been divided into three properties. A post medieval coin hoard was found in the area in 1743.

The house itself, now known as Old Grove Court, is of about 1720.
Brick, shaped gables; two storeys, five bays; added 19th century brick porch flanked by projecting bay windows of same date. Coved eaves cornice to front, modillion eaves to rear. To left, later 18th century extension of three storeys, two bays, has 19th century conservatory and projecting bay, and original chimney turned into crenellated tower at late date. To right, Edwardian addition said to have fine plasterwork and staircase. Now divided into three properties.
