Summary

A range of prehistoric finds were recovered at this location during the 1950s and 1960s, including Neolithic flints scrapers, a punch and 'javelin' head and fragments of Late Neolithic/Early Bronze Age Beaker pottery. Metal-detecting between 2020 and 2021 recovered a Roman brooch, a Roman to post-medieval lead weight and a medieval/post-medieval copper alloy ring.
