Map

June 2006. Norfolk NMP.
The cropmarks of a possible boundary ditch or trackway and associated ditches of unknown date are visible on aerial photographs to the northwest of Potter Heigham village (S1). The site is centred on TG 4122 1976. The main component of the site is an interrupted and braided ditched boundary running from TG 4105 1992 to TG 4135 1971. The overlapping nature of the ditch segments suggests that the ditch has been recut over time. It is possible that it represents the route of a trackway. There are a number of ditch fragments running perpendicular to this boundary to the southwest. It is possible that these are associated boundaries.
