Map

October 2002. Norfolk NMP.
A possible linear feature, of unknown date, is visible on aerial photographs in inter-tidal zone at Stiffkey saltmarsh (S1). The possible linear feature is visible running from approximately TF 9922 4486 to TF 9929 4487, although there were not sufficient map control points to rectify the image accurately and therefore the possible feature was sketched in approximate location. It is not clear what the nature of the linear feature is and it is possible that it is a line created by movement of tidal deposits. However it may have some a structural component to it. A field visit as part of the NAU coastal survey to this approximate location may be beneficial.
S. Massey (NMP), 4 November 2002.
