The cropmarks of field boundaries of unknown but probably medieval to post medieval date are visible on 1946 RAF aerial photographs (S1). A main ditched cropmark runs from TF 9898 4363 to TF 9946 4371, measuring approximately 500m long and varying from 4 to 9m wide. Five ditches run up to this boundary at a perpendicular angle and are all approximately 130m long.
