Map

October 2002. Norfolk NMP.
An earthwork bank of unknown but probably post medieval date is visible on aerial photographs (S1). The bank is L-shaped and is between 1.5 and 2m wide and runs for 9.5m from TF 9835 4423 to TF 9834 4424, then does a right-angled turn to the northeast and continues for another 20m to TF 9836 4425. The date of this bank is unknown, although the fact that it is on the edge of reclaimed saltmarsh, would suggest that it is post medieval in date.(S1)
S. Massey (NMP), 26 February 2003.
