Full Description
July 2004. Sedgeford Historical and Archaeological Research Project. Village Survey. Test pit. SVS 90.
Grimston ware found in the turf and a large amount of stuff in the top 27cm before a change to harder stony ground. This was sterile and at 43cm the chalk natural emerged.
