Summary

Fieldwalking and metal-detecting between 2006 and 2017 recovered prehistoric worked flints including an undatable prehistoric core, rod, flake and possible borer, an Early Neolithic end scraper and Neolithic scrapers; Roman and medieval pottery sherds; Roman, medieval and post-medieval coins; medieval and post-medieval jettons and medieval to post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include a medieval buckle frame and book clasp; medieval/post-medieval lead weights and a toy cauldron and a post-medieval cloth seal.
