A World War Two domestic or ancillary site associated with Ludham airfield (NHER 8456) is visible on aerial photographs (S1-S3). This site was dispersed at several locations to the north of Ludham village and centred on TG 3863 1866. Groups of Nissen huts and other similar military buildings were present in along the edges of roads and in small clusters.
