Map

March 2007. Norfolk NMP.
The cropmarks of an enclosure of probable medieval to post medieval date are visible on aerial photographs to the north of Chapelfield Farm (S1). The site is centred on TG 3617 2441. It is possible that this is enclosure is associated or contemporary with the enclosure and possible structures to the north (NHER 11860), which are possibly related to a medieval chapel. The northern part of the enclosure appears to join with a field boundary marked on the 1841 Stalham Tithe map (S2), suggesting that the enclosure had gone out of use by that date.
