Map

April 2007. Norfolk NMP
Earthworks of ditches, possibly relating to a medieval to post medieval moat, are visible on aerial photographs (S1). These earthworks are centred on TG 4278 0266. Earthworks of ditches and extant drainage ditches form a square enclosure to the north of Reedham Old Hall (NHER 10431). The enclosure measures approximately 74m by 76m internally and could be a medieval to early post medieval moat. An L-shaped ditch to the southwest of the possible moat may form part of another enclosure. The Old Hall is suppose to be on the site of a 14th century house.
J. Albone (NMP), 20 April 2007.
