April 2007. Norfolk NMP
Earthworks of possible medieval saltern mounds are visible on aerial photographs (S1). These earthworks are centred on TG 4483 0596. A group of three irregularly shaped earthwork mounds are present. One of the mounds is cut by post medieval drainage ditches. It is possible that these mounds relate to medieval salterns.
