Map

Constructed around 1910, flint and brick with shaped gables. On the north end is a former open verandah on a brick plinth with carefully pegged timbers forming pairs of arched braces supporting a pentise roof, i.e. constructional timber framing rather than mock. Later infilled and some timbers crudely restored. Permission was given to remove this verandah in 2001 but it was still present in 2006.
