Full Description
May 2007. Norfolk NMP.
A linear ditch is visible as a cropmark on an aerial photographs (S1), between TG 3203 2420 and TG 3223 2426. It is undated and a variety of interpretations are possible (field boundary, drainage ditch, trackway, etc.). Numerous other cropmarks are visible to the north on the same aerial photograph (and others), but none could be identified that were of clear archaeological significance; most seem to represent recently removed field boundaries, agricultural activity, drains and geological features. They have not been mapped by the NMP.
S. Tremlett (NMP), 23 May 2007.
