Map

May 2007. Norfolk NMP.
The parchmarks of a small circular feature are visible on aerial photographs (S1) to the southeast of the World War Two searchlight battery Troop headquarters (NHER 14473). The site is centred on TG 3972 1138. It seems likely that this parchmark indicates the former position of defensive structure or emplacement that former part of the defences of the searchlight battery. A similar cropmark visible to the immediate south of the battery marks the position of one of the lights.
