Map

June 2007. Norfolk NMP.
The cropmarks of a possible Bronze Age round barrow are visible on aerial photographs to the north of the Postwick Transmitter Station (S1). The site is centred on TG 3018 0881. The ring ditch is 16.5m in diameter with a break or causeway in the ditch to the south. It is seems likely that this is the remains of a Bronze Age round barrow. Finds of late Neolithic to Iron Age date have been recovered from nearby (NHER 42572, 42583).
S. Massey (NMP), 23 June 2007.
