Summary

A cropmark of an incomplete possible ring ditch of Bronze Age date is visible on aerial photographs. It is likely that it relates to a Bronze Age round barrow and forms part of a barrow cemetery (NHER 12164).

A cropmark of a ring ditch of Bronze Age date is visible on aerial photographs ((S1)-(S2)). This cropmark is centred on TM 4300 9679. It is circular in plan with a narrow ditch and an external diameter of 24.5m. It is likely that it is of Bronze Age date and that it relates to a round barrow. Further ring ditch cropmarks are located to its north (NHER 49625-7) which together make up the barrow cemetery (NHER 12164).
