Full Description
July 2007. Norfolk NMP.
Cropmarks of incomplete enclosures and linear ditches, probably field boundaries, of unknown date are visible on aerial photographs ((S1)-(S5)). These cropmarks are centred on TM 4306 9718 and were previously recorded as part of NHER 12164. Linear ditch cropmarks are present on a variety of generally north to south alignments. Some of the ditches appear to be aligned on ring ditches within the barrow cemetery (NHER 12164). It is likely that these cropmarks relate to field boundaries but their date is unknown. Two incomplete rectilinear enclosures of unknown date are also present.
