Map

May 2007. Norfolk NMP
A cropmark of a section of former road of possible Roman or medieval date is visible on aerial photographs (S1). This cropmark is centred on TG 4080 0426. A faint negative linear cropmark is present for 218m on a north-west to south-east alignment. It appears to form part of the same alignment as the road cropmarks to its north-west (NHER 49381) and south-east (NHER 49668 and 30617). Its apparent association with field system cropmarks (NHER 49381 and 11841) suggests that it could be of Roman date, but a later date is also possible.
